HP laptop came with trial of Office 2007 installed. This is a company
laptop, we have a license for Office 2003, so I uninstalled 2007 and
installed 2003.
Outlook seems to be the only problem. I can't even Open Outlook at

When I log in to a computer using a roaming profile(winxp) I open outlook
2003 and get a message saying "archive.pst could not be found" .
I click ok then another window pops up so that I can point it to where it
is located but I just click on cancel and then all of my emails ...

We use Cox as our ISP.  My computer runs Office 2003 and Outlook 2003.  My
son's computer uses Vista and Windows mail.  Most of my mail addressed to my
email address goes to his inbox and not mine.  Cox is unable to help me
because they do not support Outlook only Outlook Express ...

I've been having problems lately with Outlook 2000. The trouble began when my
daughter brought home a computer that didn't have SP2 on it. She connected it
to our in-home network and our ISP ended up blocking my ability to send

I re-installed windows XP, and an older outlook program than what I had
prior.  I now cannot import my email from the newer outlook that I had into

I've had this problem a long time ago, but don't remember the fix. I did a
Windows Update last night and now none of the spam emails coming into Outlook
2003 are being filtered into the Junk Email folder.
What do I do to reactivate this feature?

in the Navigation pane of Outlook 2003 there usually shows 2 months at a
time.  SOme how it got set down to one month.  How do I get the 2nd month to
show up?

I just bought a new computer and have transfered files and settings from an
XP computer to a Vista computer. When I try to open Outlook it says the file
c:users\conway\appdata\locala\microsoft\outlook\outlook(1).pst can't be
found. What do I do?

One of my Outlook accounts is my corporate Exchange server account. I can
connect to it only using the company's intranet. So it's normal that the
Exchange server is not available when I'm not in the office. But I still have
other accounts that count nothing with that Exchange ...
