Had a crash in the middle of running the outlook startup wizard. Now when I start outlook, a window pops ups showing "Configuring Outlook" and 'Configuring Outlook Accounts' and then 'Creating Welcome Message' and then nothing happens.

I would like to add a fax server to my outlook, but i can't see the fax server in the e-mail account-->Additional Server Types. My win Vista connected to fax server and i can fax out in print fax.

I have a client who is using SBS 2000, and Outlook XP, and Outlook 2003 on his workstations. He claims that he was able to access all contact information before we rebuilt his server before!? Can, or should the ".pst" file be stored on the server and then accessed

I would like to remove all Message rules in Outlook 2003. where are these rules stored? I want to rewrite them from scratch but to go through and delete all the rules would take an age. If there is a folder with the rules in, could this be emptied en masse?

I cannot send Out of Office messages to email addresses on the Internet even though our Exchange server has been configured to "Allow out of office responses". The Out of Office messages are being received by internal workstations on the local area network, but not outside. Help
