Had a crash in the middle of running the outlook startup wizard.  Now when I
start outlook, a window pops ups showing "Configuring Outlook" and
'Configuring Outlook Accounts' and then 'Creating Welcome Message' and then
nothing happens.

I cannot send Out of Office messages to email addresses on the Internet even
though our Exchange server has been configured to "Allow out of
office responses".  The Out of Office messages are being received by
internal workstations on the local area network, but not outside. Help
