When I enter a phone number in New Contact, Outlook 2003 does not automatically add hyphens and parentheses when I tab to the next line. I am a new user and I don't think I changed anything on start up.

I'm trying to enable the 'High Encryption' setting for our OST files but no matter what i've tried it does't stick. When you go back into 'Offline Folder File Settings' (advanced tab on 'Microsoft Exchange Server' window) the option always says it's compressible

I have just reconfigured my PC XP with Office 2003 When I start Outlook I get 2 instances, they exist separately, I can cancel one instance and the other runs fine.
