Hello, and thank you for reading this question.
I imagine you'll have no trouble understanding the setup below, and my goal
with creating this setup. I apologize if the hitches I'm describing are
unfamiliar. Any sort of help will be greatly appreciated.

I'd like to automate the creation of a mail profile (in addition to the

address. This works fine through the Web-based hotmail.

When I enter a phone number in New Contact, Outlook 2003 does not
automatically add hyphens and parentheses when I tab to the next line. I am a
