I keep getting the following message when I open Outlook to send emails....
OUTLOOK.EXE entry point not found.
The procedure entry point CreateInfoWindow could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSOERT2 dll

In a messge options, after a right-click, Outlook only displays the Internet
Headers if the sender from outside our domain. It would not display the
header if the sender is a member of our network/domain. Is there a way to
display the headers for all senders?

Due to a boot sector problem I was forced to do a clean installation of
Vista.  The installation created a Windows.old folder as it should.  However
the clean Vista installation forced reinstallation of all the applications

In Outlook 2003 both Ctl+c and Ctl+Ins could be used as “Copy” shortcut keys.
Now in Qutlook 2007 only the Ctl+c works.  How can I get the Ctl+ins to work
as well?

I am aware that a PST file in 97-2002 format has a size limitation of 2gb.
Is there anyway to convert to unicode to take advantage of its increased
size.

I have Office 2002, Outlook worked fine with Word 2002.  I had to install
Word 2000 also on this computer, and I put Office 2000 in its own folder.  
Now, both versions of Word work properly.

When I open outlook, send/receive processess, shows "receiving message
1 of 25", then crashes.  When I say "no" to send error report, it
restarts outlook and the process all over again.  here are the details
