I regularly receive email from a particular sender, whose email regularly gets sent to the Junk folder by Outlook. I have added the senders email address (yes, I have checked the spelling several times) to the Safe Senders list. I have marked each message as "Not Junk."

I am hoping there is a way to change the color of Folders in the outlook folder list. If there isn't a way in Outlook does anyone know of a 3rd party app that would do it.

All of my setting are as per email providers specs... hotmail, gmail and my business email however, I am not receiving emails. When I ran POP it was fine but when I changed to IMAP things just stopped working. There are no error messages that I have noticed.

Any help will be appreciated. When I receive an excel attachment, double click on it, it opens Excel, but the document does not open with it. If I click on any button, (like File-Open icon) and click cancel, then the document would appear on the screen.

I went to a new PST file. I went to Data File Management and Created the new one, set it to default File and removed the old one. The problem is that the old one still shows up in the Folder tree.

I am rolling out Outlook 2007 and I am trying to use Arial 10 as the default font for email messages and replies. Is there anyway to set this as the default font for outlook 2007. I have looked into group policy but it doesn't specify outlook font settings
