Seem somehow to have lost my normal attachment (radio) button in OL 2003.
Would appreciate any suggestions. (Drawing A Blank On How To Re-implement
This radio Button!)

Known bug, support refuses to create patch to fix and suggests upgrading to
Outlook 2007.
I think if they refuse to create patch they should offer 2003 Outlook users
a free upgrade to Outlook 2007.

I have emptied my deleted items folder and deleted all of the old messages
that I could find and my .pst folder is still showing 1,921,104 KB.  What can
I do to empty this so that I can send emails again??

I typed it in on the error finding page of microsoft and it said all I had to
do was download the newest servicepack to fix it, but I did that and the
problem still exists.  I can receive mail fine, but when I try to send it, it
actually repeatedly sends the messgae while telling ...

I have OL2K7 and downloaded the OL Connector, I am a MSN Premium subscriber,

We use Exchange, and keep the messages on the Exchange Server (for most staff)
However, I discovered that for one staff member, Outlook had been set up to
download the messages to her computer.
We've given her a new computer, set it up to keep messages on the server.

I had an earlier version of Outlook (2003?) and yesterday upgraded to 2007.  
All went fine until 2007 came up and now gets stuck on the "Configuring

I can't figure out how to change the OL connector to try to sign into my

I installed harddrive in new PC and when I try to run Outlook (Office XP) it
tells me it needs file Outret.msi on the original Outlook2002 CD. I don't
have such a CD. Where can I find the file?
