Known bug, support refuses to create patch to fix and suggests upgrading to Outlook 2007. I think if they refuse to create patch they should offer 2003 Outlook users a free upgrade to Outlook 2007.

I have emptied my deleted items folder and deleted all of the old messages that I could find and my .pst folder is still showing 1,921,104 KB. What can I do to empty this so that I can send emails again??

We use Exchange, and keep the messages on the Exchange Server (for most staff) However, I discovered that for one staff member, Outlook had been set up to download the messages to her computer. We've given her a new computer, set it up to keep messages on the server.

I can't figure out how to change the OL connector to try to sign into my live.com account instead of my hotmail.com one. Upon starting OL2K7 using POP3 with the connector, I get prompted for a PW for my hotmail account, which I don't use.
