Even though my email is closed at home, I can not access my email from the web.
I have tried going to system start up, Outlook is not in there as a startup.
Nor do there seem to be any options to "not connect outlook on window's
startup"  Any suggestions?

I know this has been addressed before, but there has not been a
solution that has helped. Last week I upgraded Office Ulitmate 2007
over Office 2003. All works well except Outlook, it always hung on

I re-installed Outlook 2003, after I had my PC re-formatted.
I keep getting the same message over and over from Outlook.
Can not connect to MS Exchange Server, then when I click OK it asks me for
the MS exchange Server name and mailbox.  I thought this was Pop3 and my
