in my contacts folder, but when I search for them, say from an email or the
search addresss book window in Outllook 2003 they are nowhere to be found.

I have Outlook 2003 SP2 on laptop (cached mode) and it keeps crashing at
startup (application hang in event viewer). I do not want to uninstall and
re-install Office 2003 as this user has tweaked their outlook so much that it
will be a headache to put it back.

When I installed Outlook, my .pst file was, by default, placed on my Windows
drive. I actually would like to have it on a second partition instead. When I
copy it over to the new partition, and then change the location setting in

Hi, I try to use the Outlook Connector Setup Wizard but keep failing as it
reports that Outlook is open. Is there a solution?

Installed Office 07 on new Acer Aspire 5715 laptop - no other software
installed; no hardware peripherals installed.  On starting Outlook goes into
Configuration process then asks to reboot.  After rebooting it repeats the
same process.  Neither will it start in Safe Mode.

I have my Contact sorted by Last Name, First Name and would like to have my
Distribution Lists sorted the same, i.e., Last Name, First Name.  I used to

I have been unable to install the update KB951476.  I first tried to use the
automatic update function--to no avail, and then downloaded the file
office2003-KB951476-FullFile-ENU.exe and tried to install from that.  No
success.  Any suggestions--short of re-installing Windows XP ...

wasn't included in the free service I subscribed for Windows Mobile's direct

I've successfully added two of my three email accounts, and the third (the
most important one) worked for a day or two and then it only received but
could not send from that particular account, then stopped receiving.  I get
server error messages on that account when I click ...

are only showing downloaded mail from my default primary Comcast account; I
can't seem to locate any folders or email from my second ...

This happens only with some emails, not all of them.  Any suggestions would
