I just installed Microsoft 2007 on my computer. Outlook 2007 does not have the ribbon toolbars...it looks like the previous version of Outlook. Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. all look like the new edition. How do I get the ribbon to appear instead of the "classic" toolbars.

I just upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003. Have run into two issues I can't seem to correct. I have one e-mail account I use and my signature appears correctly when I compose e-mails from within Outlook. I don't have Word set up as my e-mail editor.

How do I RE-download Outlook? I have re-booted my entire computer using a system startup disk. Of course, Outlook was wiped out. How can I re-download it again without having to pay for it all over again? Thank you.
