I have a client that recently upgraded from 03 to 07 (Outlook) and the links
she had established in her 03 version within her contact files did not
transfer.  Is this held in a separate place?  Any way to get them back?

Outlook/Word 2003 with SP3
If I highlight a block of text in a forward or new mail message and select
"Delete", the question "Delete Block? No (Yes)" appears on the bottom border
of the message box and I need to type a "Y" to complete the delete.

We are experiencing an issue where "used cached exchange mode" is greyed out
on a Windows XP SP2 pc with Office 2003 SP3 installed.
We are using a group policy setting (user policy) that dictates that cached
mode is enabled.

I am using Outlook 2003, and my computer tries to install Outlook 2000
whenever I open a message that was created in 2000.  How do I keep this from

Since upgrading to Vista SP1 - my outlook 2007 does not connect to my IMAP
email folders and causes them to go online as well as cauing freezing of
outlook to occur. When i initially launch outlook it will connect - but then
when i try again, it does not.

I have just bought a new laptop with Vista. I have the disc for Outlook 2007

I just setup Outlook 2007.  I set remember my password in the account dialog
and the correct password.  I keep getting asked for my password every time
