For whatever reason I cannot install these high priority security patches.  
Can anyone help me out?  Just for the record I have Microsoft Windows XP
Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 4.  I also have  Microsoft
Outlook 2003 SP3.

I have a problem getting into Outlook 2003 on my Windows XP machine.  I get
the following message: Can't start Microsoft Office Outlook. Mapi32.dll is
corrupt or wrong version.  This could have been caused by installing other
messaging software  Please reinstall outlook.
