Am trying to figure out how to create and setup calendars
for two seperate conference rooms in our business.
Things that I would like to know are:
1. What to create?

What exactly are team folders and does this allow for group syncs with PDA's

Can people assign permission and share folders when their
computers are networked, but they are not using Exchange?

I just purchased a wireless network for 4 office
computers.  My question is... Can the other computers
access my outlook database.  If so, how do I set it up.
I read about shared folders, but I think I'm trying to do

I can share my tasks properly with another user.  We can
open "other persons folders"  and see the tasks.  I need
to know how to make a shortcut under the folder list to
the other person's task list.

I am using Outlook 2002 and have saved messages in various
archive files for future reference.  However, one file
crashed and has affected all the others so I cannot access
the information in any of the archived folders.  Any idea

there a plug-in or something that I could use to get net
