I have outlook xp installed on workstations in a network
using Exchange server 2000. I want to share the calendar
folder with users on the other workstations so
appointments can be entered by any user and all other

How can my secretary keep my calendar on her computer
using Microsoft Outlook and allow me to check it at my
desk each day?  We operate on a peer to peer network!
Please provide some written help and directions!

We are using outlook 2000 in different offices in
different cities. Now management wants to share calendar
between all offices for appointment and meeting schedules.

I created a Contacts folder in Public Folders.  When
trying to setup the Activities groups it will only let me
point to a single users calander.  I tried to make
multible folder groups each pointing to a different

We have a shared folder for our department.  I grouped the
emails within the folder by sent date.  But it also groups
by time. Is it possible to remove the time and only group
by date?

I am hoping that someone can help me. I am tryig to import
a group a email addresses into outlook. None of them have

I have set up share folders for contacts for two
computers.  The updating starts to work and then there is
an error and the share no longer works.

I have a distribution group that correspond via email.  they've asked to
have secured email viewing.  my thought is to create a secured public folder
and have all corresponding email for that group go into that folder.  is
