I have outlook xp installed on workstations in a network

How can my secretary keep my calendar on her computer

I just tried to copy over my public folders to our new
exchange server.  I right clicked on them, went to
properties, replication tab and added the new server.

I created a Contacts folder in Public Folders.  When

We have a shared folder for our department.  I grouped the
emails within the folder by sent date.  But it also groups
by time. Is it possible to remove the time and only group

Using Outlook 2002 to check mail. I am able to open other

I have set up share folders for contacts for two
computers.  The updating starts to work and then there is
an error and the share no longer works.

Is there a way to set up a network messaging system in
Outlook without using e-mail. Would like to have it set-

I have a distribution group that correspond via email.  they've asked to
have secured email viewing.  my thought is to create a secured public folder
and have all corresponding email for that group go into that folder.  is
there any other way I can go about this?  Suggestions, ...
