We are running Exchange server 5.5, Outlook 2000.  For one
user(X), I have given permission on the Exchange Server
for 5 other people to view his calendar only.  How come
other users are still able to view his calendar since I've

How do I export email folders that contain subfolders to
a Network drive.

I am attempting to setup Auto Archive on Outlook 2002 SP1.
I have performed all the steps such as Turned on Auto
Archiving and selected the appropriate Archiving

I have public folders (tasks) in an Exchange 2000/Outlook
2002 environment. I set up users to the folder with
identical permissions (all owners). First problem,
the "Permissions" tab does not show in one of the users

I have sent out an email with a large .tif file attached.
It is stuck in the outbox and is blocking all other email
going out. I cannot delete it. I have deleted my profile
and re-installed my profile. Still there.

to notebooks and one desktop. Using IMAP on ISP to synch
emails but need to synch contacts and appointments so they

Could someone tell me if copying a file to a CD that back
agoin changes the format of the file.  I know you can't
access the file from Outlook to the CD because you need
write priveleges too.  Any suggestions.

Can you please guide me how to recover back the Personal
Folder file (*.pst) that I had accidently deleted from my
local HDD. Last 3 months important corporate e-mail
messages had been lost. Is it anyway to recover it back? I
