What kind of configuration has been set when I open my MS
Outlook it automatically keep moving Inbox messages from

All the folders in the mailbox, calendar-tasks, are
showing a blue + sign to the left of the folder icon.  
Does anyone know what this means.

We need to share calendar and contacts using outlook. We do not have an
exchange server because we only have 5 computers.
