I've created a public phone list that everyone can access. What I want to do
is create a default view so that everybody gets the same columns. For
example, I want the columns to be Full Name, Business Phone, Mobile Phone,
Division, Title. Is there a way to do this?

I hope I am not asking some old questions, but here it goes:
I Outlook 2003 I can create public folder with subfolders (tree-structure)
and than I make a shortcut to this new public folder (root only) in the
outlook bar. There appears a nuber by the shortcut giving the number of

I am running outlook 2003 and have SBS2003 and exchange 2003.
We have a few public folders and to get to the ones i use more often i right
click -> add to favorites.
This works fine, the folder and subfolders are in my favorites, if i add new
