I've seen this program available for download that allows
you to insert smiley faces into emails.  Is it a good idea
to have or does it slow down my computer or spy on me?

I am using Microsoft XP and I am trying to synchronize my
client list from QuickBooks 2003 to Outlook 2002 (Office
XP).  When finished, I get the following error message on
every client.  "Unable to create an Outlook or MS

I am using the Sperry add in that auto strips out the attachments and puts
them in a directory of your choice.
Unfortunatley it seems that it sometimes strips out (and wipes out) the
