I've seen this program available for download that allows
you to insert smiley faces into emails.  Is it a good idea
to have or does it slow down my computer or spy on me?

I am using Microsoft XP and I am trying to synchronize my
client list from QuickBooks 2003 to Outlook 2002 (Office
XP).  When finished, I get the following error message on
every client.  "Unable to create an Outlook or MS

I would like to synchronize Outlook and possibly other
files between my Notebook computer and my Desktop
computer which are running the identical software.  I
would like it to work like ActiveSync v3.7 to a PDA.  

I have my work outlook (exchange2003) and my home outlook
(exchange2000) and I want to sync both to my pda BUT I
want them to appear in 2 separate 'inboxes' on my pda. I
dont want the 2 mailboxes to be combined. I need them to

I am using the Sperry add in that auto strips out the attachments and puts
them in a directory of your choice.
Unfortunatley it seems that it sometimes strips out (and wipes out) the
message as well . Has anyone experianced this? Has anyone got any ideas how
