I am using Pocket Outlook on a I700 Samsung Pocket PC.  I
am trying to sync with my Time Matters (5) software, and
unlike my previous Palm O/S, I can't seem to filter any of
my contacts on the sync process, so I end up having "all"

I changed the user name on my palm handheld and now I
cannot sync with outlook. I have changed the user name
and added the new profile on the conduit manager but that
hasn't made a difference. When I go to sync I get this

I need help! An archived email folder has grown to be to

I run Norton AV and use Outlook XP.
