I have my Outlook and MSN hotmail account linked. When I send an email from my Outlook it removes punctuation - i.e. you're is delivered to the receipent as youre. How do I fix?

it is not a very serious problem but it is very annoying When i update norton internet security with the firewall on in norton internet security it won't let me receive emails or send emails in outlook 2003 and outlook express.

Every email I receive in Outlook has the word [SPAM] in the subject line. It gets bothersome when I reply or forward and that [SPAM] stays on the subject line. How do I get rid of this?
