Outlook 2000 & Norton Antivirus hog CPU07 Sep 2004 14:25 GMT2
Win XP Pro, Outlook 2000, Norton SystemWorks 2004.  
Outlook will consume all the CPU it can for hours on end.  
Sometimes it stops.  Otherwise it's hard to get work
done.  If I close Outlook, the CPU's fine.  IF I remove

We use a 3rd party product to send e-mail to our internal
folks with accounting information attachments.  When we
run the application we get messages from Outlook telling
about potential unauthorized access to our address book

Does anybody have any experience of this problem.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled both Outlook and NIS...no
improvement.
Problem is that the NIS Outlook (Spam) Plug-in doesn't seem
