We have a 3rd party software which uses Outlook contacts to allow users
to create a new request in Workflow software.
One of the users (and only one), when he tries to create a new request, gets

im only brand new to outlook 2003 and i deleted my profile after deciding
that it wasnt for my needs. after this, i found out that all my emails in my
yahoo account have now also disappeared. please help as these are very
important emails.
