When I install Outlook 2003 (old outlook.pst) I get a Junk E-mail folder with my old junk email and a new folder Junk E-mail1 which I cannot rename or delete. This is a little annoying as I only want 1 junk email folder. Thanks

My Outlook PST file was 1.5 gig. I deleted 500 meg worth of sent files and unused folders, then I emptied the "Deleted" folder. I followed the instructions to manually compact, and the size is still 1.5 gig.

I hope someone can help me! I have just upgraded a laptop from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003. I had to "re-map" to my current Outlook pst file and set up my IMAP accounts again but that's not difficult.

Outlook express users do not receive attachments sent via outlook 97. If the same message is sent to an outlook user the attachment is fine. Any ideas?
