Does anyone has a good, large block sender's list that they would be
willing to export and post?  I'm sure many of us would appreciate not
going through the pain of building one from scratch.

I do not understand the difference between the contacts folder in Outlook
and the WAB. Are they the same thing? If not, can they be the same thing?
