It takes about 30 seconds when switching identities.
They do switch and it has never hung..But just takes
too long. Any thoughts?

I am sending personalized Mails to my customers via Office XP using Words
Mailmerge-Feature, Outlook and Exchange.

I was perfectly happy using Outlook Express but bought a Pocket PC need to
migrate to Outlook.  I imported my address book and mail accounts okay but I
can't figure out how to import all my perfectly tweaked, anti-spam, message
