Outlook randomly inserts attachments in body or attachment line in header. Why is that and is there a way to override this so that attachments always appear as a line in the header portion

It seems that when you create a new folder in your mailbox and move emails into the new folder, that the archiving function treats the email as a new mail and doesn't look at it's received date, which means the archiving function

Someone told me that MS has changed the default format for emails to plain text in 2003. I'm not sure I accept that answer since they have included the new filtering programs and like to use Word as the default email editor as well as are building everything in XML and .NET. ...

My father-in-law wrote me an email and when I replied, I saw a extra word at the beginning of the text. The word was "HELP". I went back to the original email and that word was not in the email he sent.
