Over the years, I have carefully maintained my Outlook address book,
calendar, to do list, etc. I have also been frustrated but the data's
lack of portability. I routinely back up the data files to a FTP site
and restore it on other the other PCs I use.

I want to create a template email in outlook, because I send the sam

When I write in the address of the person that I am
sending to Outlook would suggest names, like
autocompleting it.  I have checked the box that says,
suggest names when completing to, cc, ccc, and it still

There is no data displayed in the "To" column until the
email has been re-opened and then it appears. We are using
IMAP folders & this applies to the Sent Email folder.

I want my telephone numbers in this format:
   +II-AA-NNN-NNNN
where II is the international country code, AA is the area code and
NNN-NNNN is the telephone number.
