A few weeks ago my computer stopped receiving read
receipts and is not sending them when requested. Yes, the

I have been reading the posts here and the general answer is that it is the ISP's fault.  I am having the same problem when I try to forward email and have never had this problem until I bought this new computer with XP and Outlook 2003.

My new mail icon "Outlook Express" is missing from my
task bar on the lower right.  I can hear the sound when I
am at my computer when new mail arrives, but the 'letter'

This has happened several times.
If I send out an email, seems to be if the attach is over 1 meg, it will
"get stuck" in the outbox. It will then continue to send out the email
multiple times. today, it sent out over 100 times to several people.
