My new mail icon "Outlook Express" is missing from my

This has happened several times.
If I send out an email, seems to be if the attach is over 1 meg, it will
"get stuck" in the outbox. It will then continue to send out the email
multiple times. today, it sent out over 100 times to several people.

Outlook just began receiving 4 copis of each incoming
messages.  Older messages that had alreaady been received
up to a week ago were also multiplied 4 times in the in-
box.

We have 2 imap servers in outlook and every time you open
up outlook, it will default to (outlook today) and the
inbox.  Is there any way to get it to default to one of
