Suddenly I can not open atachment -**.doc file gets sufix safe and can not be opened ( it look like **.doc.safe). Anyone knows how resolve this?

Starting 4 days ago, every plain text e-mail I receive is now displayed with a paperclip "attachment" icon, and has the identical text of the message in a .txt file attached to the message.

So...here's the deal. Just bought a brand new Dell with Windows XP Home, pre-installed. After about two weeks, whenever I open MS Outlook and click "send/receive", I get a window labeled "Outlook Send/Receive Progress".

A end user at my company is unable to open her archive folders anymore. The error "unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not be opened. The file u:\archive.pst is in use and could not be accessed. Close

When I send an e-Mail, Outlook keeps track of it on the Activities tab for that contact. How do I keep track of INcoming e-Mails for that contact on the Activities tab? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have set up several rules to get rid of some spam and they are not working. Each rule is "Turned On" and I have tested each one aginst specific messages in the inbox and they are not being moved to the deleted folder where I am telling them to be moved.
