to the inbox, and the other three have folders they go to.  I used rules to
set this up.  I have the folders set up as subfolders to my inbox.

How do I create a phone message in Outlook?  There is
something similar in Lotus Notes (dreaded Lotus Notes).

When opening an HTML message in Outlook 2002 Windows
displays an error asks to send to Microsoft and then
restarts Outlook.  This only happens on HTML messages, but
not on all HTML messages and not from the same people.

I can't change my password in windows screen saver.  I
click change and nothing happens.  The password protect is
checked and if I uncheck it, it still does nothing.
Also every time I open Outlook Express 6 I get

How can I make Outlook 2000 show the typed email address instead of
resolving to the contact name in printouts of the contacts list and in the
address boxes of email ?

When we installed Outlook 2000 on our Network we went for Internet Mail only because that's all we needed at the time.  We now need shared Public Folders so we need Outlook to convert to Corporate Workgroups features.  Does anyone know how to do that as a reinstall doesn't seem ...
