I just upgraded to Win XP. Installed my Office 97. My spell checker doesn't work in Outlook Express now. I get a message stating "error occurred while checking spelling" I reinstalled office but still doesn't work.

I don't have Outlook 2003, but wondering how the protection that was implemented against viewing HTML email where the graphics come from a server work. Is it recommended we don't send emails anymore that include a link to a graphic stored on web server? Can Outlook 2003 still view ...

Just bought a new box and upgraded to Office 2003. I was singing the praises of MS particularly for the updates to Outlook when all of a sudden it crashed and burned. I've recovered from the blow out but still do not know what caused it. Thus I am moving slowly to make sure

Outlook 2003 installed with Office 2003 Professional I had to post this message from a separate program. After adding "News" to the Go menu (using customize), it disapeared completely.

When I open Outlook 2003, why do I need to click Send/Receive to see new messages? In previous versions, new messages were automatically displayed when opening Outlook.

I have Outlook 2000. Is there a way to specify a particular Contact Folder to open up when I click the Send tab and the Select Name window pops up. I have several Contact Folders set up for different mailing lists. I know this can be done in Outlook 2002.

In Outlook 2002, when you click on an email message, all contents of the opened Folder List disappear (leaving two folders), so you can't drag an item to a folder. Any ideas of what to check? Should I delete the .NK2 file?

I keep losing my pop mail server entry with Outlook 2003. The entry, pop.mail.yahoo.com keeps getting replaced with local host. The pop.mail.yahoo.com gets appended to the end of my user id.

Recently sent several e-mails using Outlook that were either pdf or xls format. Receipient got dat files and a warning not to open them. What's going on? How does the format get changed?
