I am desperately trying to open a file which I saved from
my workplace.  It has the extension *.msg, but I can't
open in in Outlook Express or Lotus Notes.

Does anyone know why Outlook will not receive incoming
mail, but will send outgoing mail.  POP3 and SMTP are
confirmed addresses.
