I don't see the option to import messages from
Communicator/Netscape in the Import/Export menu and I
don't find anything when I go to the Knowledgebase.  I
thought I selected all the converters from the ValuPack.

In Outlook 2002, is there the feature set up auto
complete phrases.  For instance, get outlook to suggest
that when I type "how is", outlook suggests I may be
typing the predefined phrase "how is it going"

I have setup my Outlook 2002 to work with 3 different email accounts.
I also have rules to send automatic replies for 2 of those accounts.
However, the problem is, the SMTP servers of the 2 accounts through

My son has Office 2003 and all hyperlinks do not work in
any of the Office products (minus IE).  I have tried to
reset all the defaults but this hasn't helped.  Ideas?

I have just recently started migrating from Novell to

Is there a way to export my *.pst files from Outlook XP
(newest edition) to Outlook 2002.
Files are incompatable (normal).

Using OfficeXP, if I attach a Word document (.doc) to the
email, only other users off MS Outlook will receive it,
but the users of Outlook Express users will not.

I have a computer running XP Pro, I have Photoshop etc.  When others send me
JPEG files It arrives as a Icon with a JPEG name, I get the option to open
or save.  Why when I click open does nothing happen.  When I used Outlook
Express the images always showed with out having to open ...
