Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to set which format a mail sent to a spesific
contact should have?
Some contacts accepts HTML mail, and others don't

i have a customer whos outlook 2003 has an issue when he selects rules and
alerts from outlook 2003 the rules box comes up and then just closes
straight away does anyone have any ideas to what it could be?

I want to clear the send to history.  When I type a name
in the send to line, outlook provides suggestions to
autocomplete.  
Many email addresses have changed or even been deleted

How do I prevent someone from knowing that I open their
email?  Most of our employees have this feature turned on
so that they get a recept as soon as it's open and I would

I have a problem when running Outlook Express (IE version 6; under Win 2000
Professional SP3).

My Outlook 2000 is sending attachments embedded with the
emails.  They look like .dat or .txt files.  How do I get
rid of these?
