Hi U all! Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to set which format a mail sent to a spesific contact should have? Some contacts accepts HTML mail, and others don't

i have a customer whos outlook 2003 has an issue when he selects rules and alerts from outlook 2003 the rules box comes up and then just closes straight away does anyone have any ideas to what it could be? Thanks if you can help

I want to clear the send to history. When I type a name in the send to line, outlook provides suggestions to autocomplete. Many email addresses have changed or even been deleted

How do I prevent someone from knowing that I open their email? Most of our employees have this feature turned on so that they get a recept as soon as it's open and I would like to know if there is a way to prevent my employees

could have all of the members listed but in the TO: line it would say "undisclosed list" or something like that - our group is so large I thought it would be good to minimize a few lines in the emails.

can anyone tell me how to retrieve the email messages from a slaved drive so I can restore them to a new pc basically my pc crashed but i managed to slave the disc to another machine and woul like to know how to restore all the messages to my new drive
