I have recently upgraded my computer.  Previously, I was

I am using Outlook 2002, and have trouble inserting a hyperlink to e.g. the
file \\server\data files\document file.doc into a HTML message. Everything
works fine if I manually exchange the space characters with "%20", which is
sometimes quite tedious.
