I am developing an addins for outlook in C#.  
My need is, If I click a custom button on the custom tool bar , a mail

When I save an attachment to disk from Outlook 2000 SP-3, it ends up
read-only.  This drives me NUTS, because I almost always have to edit such
files.  Is there a way to change this behavior?  I really don't understand
