I have users that are receiving email that were sent in
HTML format.  I can't find any way to view them in outlook
2000.

Hi there, how do I remove the bar above the outllook bar, the one which has
a darker grey background, and has Back, Forward, Personal folders, then
Address and Go on it?  As I never use this bar.  It's the one which is
structured something like this:

I would appreciate being pointed to sources that discuss strategies
for saving and being able to locate emails that I send and receive.
In Word, for example, I create folders and sub-folders to store
correspondence for individual clients and different matters pertaining

After upgrading from Windws 98 to XP, MS Outlook 2000
stopped working. I don't have the install disks, or the
product key. The rest of Office still functions normally,
but Outlook keeps giving me these messages:

I can't send any emails from Outlook.  I can receive

Using Outlook 2003. I'm trying to back up Outlook data (.pst file) to CD.
Backed up the .pst file to my C drive every time I try to copy it to CD I
get an error "windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file"
needless to say every other file I've ever copied to CD ...
Receive immediate NDR when sending email from OL200223 Jan 2004 18:36 GMT1
Updated W2K Pro via the update site. Upgraded to IE6.
After reboot, am unable to send email. Recive an immediate
NDR. The NDR gives no error message. The event viewer also
has no errors.
