Is there a way that I can have Outlook display the
email address of the sender, instead of their "user-friendly" name?
What I'd like to do is be able to easily identify what domains all
this SPAM stuff is coming from.

When I am trying to send e-mails I frequently get an error message saying
'sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts' and the e-mail won't go!  At other times it works fine...
what am I doing wrong?  Is there something I can change to prevent this?

I seem to have a problem when Outlook 2003 is first opened that it will not allow an email with an attachment to be sent.  A 'Relaying denied' error message comes up.  If I send an email without attachment this works OK and triggers the Norton anit virus software to check email ...

The button used to work fine! I then imported my .pst

Is there a way to setup a rule to mark messages as read? I
know you can create a rule to move the messages or delete
messages.  But I wanted to create a rule to mark the
message as read and then delete so I don't have to select

where are the Outlook files located in Outlook 97.  OS is Win98.  Need to
reload windows and need to copy the files.

retireve messages, the status bar indicates "sending 1 of
1". This is surprising, since I did not have any pending
