We changed our email group name from Staff-mail to Staff-email.  When my
boss goes to send out a mass email he types staff and takes the first option
which is the incorrect one. No one gets his emails and he is now on me to

All of a sudden I get the "Enter Network Password" window
popup every time Outlook 2002 connects to my mail
server.  It's always been configured to remember my

When a user request a resouce that has already been booked they get a message that the resouce is not available
The problem is that they disregard the message and book the resouce anyway. Now if you look at the calendar for that resouce you will see two booking for the same time.

I have Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0
I have been sent emails containing Adobe pdf attachments
recently. When I go to the paperclip to open them
the "filename".pdf and "save" are greyed out.

I have upgraded my Excange clients to Outlook 2003 but am still using a
mixed Office environment.  Outlook 2003 only seems to allow Word 2003 as the
editor so all my Office 2000/XP clients are now stuck.
Any ideas on how I can enable Outlook 2003 to use any version of Word?

I have duplicate folder in my outlook folder list. Both
