I am unable to reply, send or forward any e-mail from outlook 2003. I keep getting the following error: 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

The format toolbar in Outlook does not work when trying to send an email. I can still see it but it is very light and the buttons do not respond. All other tools are ok. How can I fix this?

When I click to open Microsoft 2002 I get a gray box which has Microoft LDAP Directory on the top and in the boxes it has "Null" in the Server box. and "3268" in the Port box and "Null" in the User name box.
