I have two computers on a network. They have Windows 2000

Whenever I close out of Outlook 2000, it tells me "Please
wait while Microsoft Outlook Exits" and Outlook never
quits. I have to go into the Task Manager and kill the

I am unable to turn off my  out of office rule.  Here is

When making a contact with a E-Mail address and a fax numer I see 2 contacts
in the Addresslist (one for the mail and one for the fax). We have WIN2000
