I have comcast e-mail service and I have two different e-mail accounts with comcast. can someone tell me how to set up Outlook to show two different Comcast inboxes (one for each comcast account) instead of one inbox for both

To connect to my ISP I click on the Telephone Icon on my Desktop, but recently this action fails to produce the Dialling Dialog Box and I have no connection. What other methods are available for connecting to my ISP?
