Outlook 2002 is not keeping my e-mail account password
saved. I only use one account and my OS is XP. Every time
I close outlook and open it again, I have to re-enter my
password (and I do click the little box to keep it saved).

Can someone walk me through how I would set up a simple form in Outlook, that when sent, the form would be in active visual mode when received by a recipient? I don't find the help very helpful.
