When I open Microsoft Outlook 2003 when offline, I get
the message "Unable to open e-mail folders. The
information store could not be opened". How can I get
Outlook to open?

I use BTopenworld for personal email and tried to
configure Micosoft Outlook 2002 as my client.
when setting this up I imported my inbox but when I set
up a new pst file all my old emails have disappeared out

I have just completed a clean install, formerly using ME
and now 2000. After reinstalling Outlook 2000 I have tried
to import my outlook.pst file over. When I do this I get
an error message asking me to use the Inbox Repair Tool.
