how do i stop an account from downloading emails, when using Outlook (not OE)20 Feb 2004 14:58 GMT9
in OE you can stop email from being downloaded from an account, how is this
done in Outlook?

I have an outgoing message that is 'stuck' in the outbox.  The attachment is
very large and probably caused the problem.  Each time I shutdown OUTLOOK I
get a message - "There are still messages ....."  Outlook 2003

  wonder if someone can help me, we have a windows 2000
network with Outlook 2000 setup per user for POP e-mail
access, but it seems when the user logs onto another PC.
