I used to back up Outlook Exp files by copying the indiv mail folder files under the Win/App data/identies/xxx/xx path. Then Id import them in if I needed to reinstall system. Now Im using Outlook 2003. 1. All Ive learned is that you can export to a pst file called "backup

ok in outlook 2002 and older versions you could drag an email to notes and outlook would convert the whole email to a note. with outlook 2003 if you do that you will only get the to, from time sent and the subject line. anyone

I asked my computer guru to make sure my e-mail goes to my desktop PC and my laptop. That seems to be working, but now I am getting 2 copies of every e-mail in my inbox Can somone tell me how to turn this off so I only receive one copy of each e-mail?
