I have received an Excel document attached to a mail. I have opened the document from the mail. I went to File and Save as and saved to an OLK folder in Temporary Internet Files.

On Windows XP Professional with Outlook 2002 SP2, I was getting the 0x8004210B error when sending or forwarding mail with attachments. Since I had come across this before - I tried following the same procedures as I have used previously to overcome this problem but had no success.
