I made up an invoice using excel. Is there some way I can insert this into an outgoing outlook email so it looks like a fax. I don't really want to send them the entire excel file as an attachment unless there is no other way to do it.

is there a way to automatically put messages from certain senders into folder without having to move each one. for example, i want all email from support@dell.com to go to a folder called DEll Support without m having to do anything. Is this possible

Auto Archive has requested to archive my Outlook folders, I click OK but when checking the Archive section I see no e-mail. The policies are to delete only items older than 12 mos.

Does anyone know of a way to make all holidays NOT private? Somehow, during the installation of the ipaq 2210 for one user, it created duplicate entries for all of the users appointments, events, etc... and marked them as private. I was able to run a utility to that deleted one of ...

I remember in Outlook Express the date the email was recieved was in the recieved column. I cannot set this up in Outlook 2002. How do I do this?

I have my PST set up on a USB drive. When I moved my drive to a new system and then back, I lost all of my rules! I have done this in the past with no issues. What happened? Is there a way I can get back my rules? Thnak

Hi - I have the same problem and have followed the instructions but dont have an option other than Outlook Express in the newsreader section of the internet options in control panel. Have you any other ideas that may help? Leila

When in a Day/Week/Month view with the calendar for the month displayed in the top right hand corner of the screen, dates with calendar entries appear in bold. My question is this: why are some dates shown in bold even though there are no calendar entries for that date?
