I run OL2000. In the past, I used to dial up and if I sent a message,
it went to the outbox until the next (scheduled, or manual) send &
receive command.

Lately about half of the time I send an attachment,
(excel or word) the attachment does not go through. It
shows as a Win.Data file.

I have had to uninstall my Palm M505 software due to

I am using FranklinCovey's PlanPlus with Outlook.  I
jjust installed SP3 and am having the same problem as
everyone else...a message telling me that a program is
trying to access the email addresses, etc....

I want to send a newsletter to members of my newsgroup
