I run OL2000. In the past, I used to dial up and if I sent a message,
it went to the outbox until the next (scheduled, or manual) send &
receive command.

The O&O defrag tool doesn't defrag it too.

I am using FranklinCovey's PlanPlus with Outlook.  I
jjust installed SP3 and am having the same problem as
everyone else...a message telling me that a program is

This may be something really simple, but in Outlook
Express if you recieve a email with picture attachments,
it automatically previewas them in the Preview Pane and
if youopen the email message ina a sepaerate window.
