I have just started having problems with my e-mail. It
will connect, receives and shows number of e-mails, but
there is nothing in inbox. Need help to fix if possible.

For some reason, Outlook XP, 2000, and Express (so all
the versions of Outlook I've tried) do not want to store
my password for my e-mail accounts.  I am primarily
working with XP right now.  Anybody have a fix?

I am using a computer handed down from another employee.  
When I print email, it still shows that person's name on
the header.  Is there any way to force Outlook to use my
name instead?  I am using Outlook, not OE.  Thanks!!

I have someone I work with that has setup a bunch of customizations on the
default toolbars as well as a personal toolbar.  A few of the items are
Macros for things like Public Folders, etc.  Occasionally, his profile gets

I have just setup Outlook 2003. I have opened my old PST file. I wish to use this and make this my default data file. I will therefore not require the Personal Folder which is the Outlook today default
I think I need to make my opened PST file the default file before I can delete ...

I get the message the file is not a personal folder file.

translators, and have greated a new data file, neither
makes a difference, any thoughts

One of my mail folders has been attacked by a virus.  I

I am receiving the error Internet email service is not
properly installed. Please re-install outlook and specify
the "Corporate or Workgroup" email service". I receive
this error when Outlook opens. I cannot receive or send
