However, someone just told me that the Outlook 2003 spam filter only works if you're using Outlook in conjunction with an Exchange email server. Our email is through our webhosting company (Verio) and therefore is POP3 type email.
Will the spam filter work with POP3 email? If so, ...

I often receive the "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" email from the
person I don't know.  What is it? Is it a virus email?  Is it a local virus
on my machine?

We're getting our feet wet with Outlook 2003.  A user has demonstrated
that after approximately 2 weeks of flawless use, Outlook 2003 stopped
receiving e-mail.  He could see new e-mail via the web interface, but
when he used Outlook 2003, he couldn't.

Items folder rather than the Inbox.  How do I correct

field - when someone emails me and a group of other
people, I only see my email address. I cannot reply to all
and send the other people an email. Is this a bug?
